Ben Zschorn

Ben Zschorn studied law and music science with a main focus in copyrights and media law. He coordinates international music projects. In cooperation with different festivals especially in eastern europe he brings German bands to international stages.

Ben Zschorn is a musician himself. He campaigns for a structural support of the Saxon music scene and the foundation of a "Musikzentrale Sachsen".

Florian Ernst

Born in Jena, Florian Ernst did his B.A. in German language and literary studies and communication science. In 2018 he completed his Master in Literature-Culture-Media at Lund University in Sweden. MusicMatch is his first attempt to enter the cold working world.

Frank Schöne

Born in 1976, studied at TU Dresden · 15 years of booking experience and person for everything in Eastclub Bischofswerda · temporarily co-publisher at magazines such as Sunnyside or Down.Under · organizer of Morbiden Festspiele, an underground metal festival · organizer of the concerts e.g. in Chemiefabrik, AZ Conni or Groovestation for bands like High on Fire, Locust, Eyehategod, Weedeater, Toxic Holocaust, Brutal Truth and more · since 2014 booker and responsible for the programme in the scheune.

Magnus Hecht

Magnus Hecht is a graduate social worker (FH) and Master of Arts in Cultural Administration. Since 2003 he is self-employed as a cultural adviser but mainly works as an employee of the Saxon Landtag.

He is CEO of Dresdner scheune. The cultural center focusing on live music is a known stage since 1953. He is a founding member and vice-chairman of the Live Music Commission – Association of Music Clubs in Germany e.V.

2014 he has founded the music publisher Oh, my music!, to take care of emerging talent from Saxony and abroad.

Magnus Hecht has already made several attempts to obtain the Saxon music scene at a table to demand the necessary structural support and political acknowledgment of Popular Music in Saxony.
